Litha Flower Bath
Ingredients:
1 cup chamomile flowers
1 cup marigold petals
1 cup lavender flowers
1 cup Epsom salt
1 cup baking soda
10 drops of lemon essential oil
10 drops of orange essential oil

Instructions:
Fill your bathtub with warm water, making sure the temperature is comfortable for you.
Add the Epsom salt and baking soda to the water, which will help to soothe sore muscles and soften your skin.
Add the chamomile flowers, marigold petals, and lavender flowers to the water, which are all associated with the Sun and have soothing and relaxing properties.
Add the lemon and orange essential oils to the water, which will add a refreshing and uplifting scent to the bath.
Stir the water with your hand to make sure the ingredients are well-dispersed.
Climb into the bath and relax for 20-30 minutes, allowing the warm water and herbs to soothe your body and mind.
Once you're finished, drain the bathtub and towel dry your body.
Optional: You can prepare this ritual with a dim light and some calming music to create a peaceful atmosphere.
