Healing Comfrey Bath

Comfrey is often used externally for sprains, strains and sore muscles or joints. Ideally use fresh comfrey chopped, but dried herb may be used. I love this bath after a long day in the garden cleaning up at the end of the harvest season.

Ingredients:

  • 3TBSP of fresh, chopped comfrey or 2TBSP dried

  • 2 cups boiling water
